I am so with you on this! it's ridiculous and especially now when one party is 'evil' and the other is 'good'--take your pick. And both parties keep it going because it serves them to not have anything move forward. The only dems who seem truly interested in doing something are the progressives and they are too small a group to go against the status quo. We are always too scared to vote for a minority party because the stakes are just too high. The craziness going on now gives me hope that the entire system will come crashing down. The dems have moved about as far right as is possible and the republicans are just plain nuts.
