I think you are being harsh about Biden— if you look into it he has gotten many things done…but maybe you’re right— maybe Manchin is their foil— their excuse…but an evenly split senate in a political climate like this one makes it near impossible to get any bipartisan support— We are a fickle populace if republicans win in November —why would we think that we could create change with the way things are?
