Should we Secede?

Could we? Is it possible? Strangely it has been the Republicans who have most often spoken about this idea. But now, in the age of Trump, I think the blue states should be considering it — and I mean seriously. We should not be paying federal taxes to pay for the military, Ice, detention centers and a border wall. What else are our federal dollars doing for us? Absolutely nothing. Everything I care about, like help for children (Snap), Medicare, Medicaid, and help for places like Africa and Gaza who are having deaths by the thousands from lack of food, is being siphoned off to pay for the richest among us. It is utter INSANITY. We are stopping wind and solar projects, money for research into cancers and other diseases is gone, environmental concerns are gone, climate change is considered a hoax, Fema is now been relegated to help with border wall construction or some such things. We could end up in WW3. We have become a nation of narcissists. I want out.

The western states are together — Washington, Oregon and California could be the Pacific States, (Pacifica) and then the ones in the Northeast, Maine, Vermont, Massachusetts, Rhode Island, Connecticut, New York, Pennsylvania, Maryland and Delaware and maybe Virginia, could be the Atlantic states.
