This has been bothering me about Biden too...no one can consider running because he is. Can't we have more than one candidate at a time? What if the majority of the country wants someone new? Why is it that 'the party' gets to decide? I thought we weren't really a party--we were more just people strung together who stood for certain things, like healthcare, rights for everyone, etc...?

Diane Feinstein needs to go--she's done some strange things of late which point to a lessoning of her ability to discern. Maybe an age limit might be a good thing to implement in this era of aging politicians who refuse to give up their seats. I like Katie Porter and she seems genuine, a rare asset these days.
