WE aren’t coming for your guns, but THEY are definitely coming for your rights.

The dems have a lot to answer for, but if we turn to the GOP, this country won’t be recognizable. They’ve already taken abortion rights away and stripped the EPA of its power as well as erasing the line that divides church and state. Next on their agenda is same sex marriage, sodomy and contraceptives. Is this the country we want? Will we stand up and say NO? Or will gerrymandering make our vote a moot point?

I keep asking myself what is their agenda — where does this path lead? My husband says it’s their ideas about what’s moral. I disagree vehemently. If this was moral they would make sure that women were taken care of both before and after their babies were born, there would be services for prenatal care and services set up for adoption. And what about the ten-year-old girl who was raped? Is it moral that she has to travel to another state to get an abortion? No exceptions for a child, who would probably not make it to term anyway? It’s beyond heinous and despicable. Meanwhile our sisters to the south have stood up to authority and now have abortion rights. I want to have faith in the American people but has complacency turned us into zombies? Will women fight if they come for our contraceptives? Because that is next on the docket.
